We Are Hiring! Senior Warehouse Assistant & eCommerce Administrator

We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Assistant & eCommerce Administrator for a full time role starting immediately.

The role is reporting to the warehouse manager and is based in Brooke Green, W6, London.

Key Tasks:

- Picking & packing orders to high accuracy

- Processing of daily orders and post though Royal Mail and couriers.  

- Receiving deliveries and book daily courier collections.

- Customer service via email and phone from 9 am to 5 pm daily.   

- Inventory checks and manage inventory into Magento, our eCommerce system. 

- Loading and unloading stock/deliveries in the stockroom.

- Process refunds and follow up with customers.

- Manage post and sort as necessary.

- Accountancy admin. Upload invoices to Xero, our accountancy system, for VAT returns and general accountancy control.      


Key skills:

- Admin Experience Essential

- Warehouse & Customer Service Experience experience preferable

- PC literate (you will be working mainly on a Mac)

- Some lifting required

- Polite, friendly and helpful

- Good understanding of customer service, a confident manner

- Thorough and great attention to detail

- Fluent English, both verbal and written
